NuLegacy Gold Corp (TSX-V:NUG) said it has closed the third and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement of 100 million units at priced at 2.5 cents each.
The company raised gross proceeds of $176,438, taking the total aggregate gross proceeds to $1,193,038.
It said in a statement that the TSX Venture Exchange refused to extend the placement as the company’s share price exceeds 2.5 cents at present.
“Market conditions permitting, the company may offer additional units at the current pricing between now and Dec. 11, 2023, prior to receipt of initial assay results from the company's current drill program,” NuLegacy said.
The company is exploring for high-grade Carlin-style gold deposits on the 108-square-kilometre (42-square-mile) district-scale Red Hill property.
