Frontier IP chief financial officer to step down to new role

Frontier IP Group PLC (AIM:FIPP) has announced that Jim Fish has decided to step down as the company’s chief financial officer after 10 years of service.

Fish will step down no later than May next year, Frontier IP said in a statement, when he will take up a new role within the company as portfolio finance director.

“Jim has played a central role in helping us build Frontier IP over the last decade, during which we have experienced significant evolution and growth,” chief executive Neil Crabb commented.

“I am delighted that despite stepping back from his board role he will continue to work with our portfolio companies as they too grow.”

Fish will still report to Crabb in his new role and will aid the intellectual property commercialisation specialist in its search for a new chief financial officer, with this process having already begun.

“It has been a privilege to have served as Frontier IP's chief financial officer,” Fish added.

“I look forward to my new role working with some of the exciting companies in Frontier's portfolio.”
