Zscaler Inc. (NASDAQ:ZS) shares fell more than 6% in extended trading Monday despite beating Street expectations with its fiscal first-quarter results.
The cybersecurity company posted adjusted earnings of $0.67 per share, higher than the $0.49 per share expected by analysts. Revenue was $496.7 million, which also topped expectations of $473.4 million.
Meanwhile, Shein has filed confidentially to go public in the US, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.
The Chinese fast-fashion company is working with Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS), JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE:JPM) and Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) as underwriters on the offering, which could happen next year, per the report.
Elsewhere, iRobot Corporation (NASDAQ:IRBT) shares sank 17% to close at $34.35 on Monday after the European Union’s (EU) antitrust watchdog said Amazon’s planned $1.7 billion acquisition of the Roomba maker raises competition concerns, CNBC reported.
The European Commission stated that Amazon may have the ability to prevent or degrade iRobot rivals’ access to its online site.
An Amazon spokesperson told the media outlet in a statement that the company continues to work with the commission on addressing concerns identified in its probe.
