Mayur Resources Ltd (ASX:MRL) managing director Paul Mulder speaks with Proactive soon after announcing the company has signed an exclusive non-binding term sheet with Appian Capital Advisory to fund its Central Lime Project. Under the terms, a US$90 million total debt funding package will be made available with US$70 million drawn initially to support the ‘base case’ of 400,000 tonnes of Quicklime per year with a further US$20 million available for Quicklime kiln expansions. Mulder says combined with the earlier US$40 million equity investment by Vision Blue Resources the debt will see the project fully funded.
