TRU Precious Metals to delist from OTCQB and optimize costs for strong financial position

TRU Precious Metals Corp. (TSX-V:TRU, OTCQB:TRUIF) will voluntarily delist from OTCQB on Nov 30, 2023, moving its common shares to OTC Pink Open Market from Dec 1, 2023, as part of a cost-reduction initiative. The decision aims to maintain a robust working capital position ($2,996,371 as of Sep 30, 2023). TRU's common shares will still trade on TSX Venture Exchange in Canada under "TRU" and on OTC under "TRUIF." The company expresses gratitude to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Federal Government for financial support in exploration activities at the Golden Rose Project.
