The board of Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) PLC has announced that Stephen Williams and Simon Oddie are retiring from their directorate positions following today’s annual general meeting.
“Simon and Stephen have made a significant contribution to the development of the company, and I would like to record our sincere thanks and best wishes for their future endeavours," said Europa Oil chairman Brian O’Cathain.
