Dispensa Group PLC (LSE:DISP) has announced the immediate departure of chief executive Alessandro Colombo due to “pressing personal reasons”.
Dispensa, which is a holding company developing a portfolio of international luxury food brands, said it has reappointed Daniele Besnati as interim chief executive.
Besnati held this role prior to Colombo’s appointment.
A further announcement regarding a new permanent appointment will be made in due course, said Dispensa.
