Respiri Ltd (ASX:RSH) CEO Marjan Mikel discusses with Proactive the acquisition of Access Telehealth which was completed in August this year. The acquisition means Respiri now offers a full suite of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions underpinned by Respiri’s IP-protected innovative FDA-cleared medical device wheezo®. Throughout the September quarter the company secured additional healthcare provider contracts for its end-to-end Access Full Suite Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution in the USA target market - collectively the new deals are expected to generate in excess of US$1.1 million in annualised revenues.
