Renforth Resources Inc (CSE:RFR, OTCQB:RFHRF) told investors it has consistently intersected mineralization as drilling progresses on the 20 km long Victoria mineralized structure at its Surimeau property in Quebec.
In an update on its fall exploration program, the company said it completed six drill holes in slightly more than 1,800 meters of drilling, with the 7th hole currently underway. As expected, it said each drill hole consistently intersected the mineralized package.
The company said the program is aimed at supporting a maiden 43-101 mineral resource estimate (MRE) calculation in 2024.
"We are focused on establishing a maiden resource, concentrating our efforts in the area where we first started work, and have done the most work,” Renforth president and CEO Nicole Brewster commented.
“Of course, we do not know if we are in the best place on the structure, but we are in a place where the mineralization, which starts at surface, has been identified as Outokumpu style and inspired our intent to emulate the Talvivaara Mine in Finland and its sustainable, low impact production of battery chemicals.”
To date, Renforth said the drill program is delivering positive results based on visual mineralization in the core, moving it toward its ultimate goal.
“Importantly the mineralized package is lining up on strike and down dip with adjacent drilling, welcome consistency" Brewster added.
