Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd (AIM:ECO, TSX-V:EOG) said its acquisition from Tullow Oil PLC (LSE:TLW) has been completed, making it the operator of the Orinduik block with a 75% participating interest.
A formal farm-out process for the Guyana block has already begun and Eco said it will provide further updates when appropriate.
