Itaconix PLC (AIM:ITX, OTCQB:ITXXF) chief executive John R. Shaw yesterday topped up his stake in the company by buying 2,000 shares at a price of $1.605 apiece.
Following this, he now owns 1,080,441 ordinary shares, or 8.0% of the company's total shares.
In the summer the company announced record first-half results, which it noted would be the fifth consecutive year.
