Itaconix PLC (AIM:ITX, OTCQB:ITXXF) chair Peter Nieuwenhuizen bought 2,500 ordinary shares in the company on Friday at prices between 148p and 150p apiece, the company said.
This took his stake to a total of 22,412 ordinary shares, approximately 0.2% of the total issued share capital.
