Namibia Critical Metals announces private placement with Bannerman Energy participation

Namibia Critical Metals (TSX-V:NMI, OTCQB:NMREF) plans a non-brokered private placement of up to $500,000 at $0.06 per unit, consisting of one share and one warrant at a 7.7% discount to the closing price on November 17, 2023. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.10 for 24 months. Bannerman Energy will participate up to $209,000, constituting 41.8% ownership. Proceeds will fund general corporate purposes and ongoing projects, including a Pre-Feasibility Study funded by a joint venture with JOGMEC.
