Titan Lithium Inc (OTC:CDSG) announced that it has completed the transfer of 100% interest in the Titan 1 and Titan 2 prospecting licenses in Tanzania to its subsidiary Kilimanjaro Lithium.
The company noted that the two prospecting licenses are for areas prospective to the discovery of sediment-hosted lithium-style mineralization in a resource-rich jurisdiction.
“Working closely with the vendor we are very pleased to have the licenses fully transferred,” Titan Lithium chairman Harp Sangha commented in a statement.
“Our next steps will include the commencement of work that will include a strategic drill campaign designed to produce a maiden mineral resource that we hope will elevate the projects significantly.”
China Dongsheng International Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Titan Lithium, is a lithium explorer and developer with operations in Nevada, the United States, and the United Republic of Tanzania.
