Medivolve Inc. (NEO:MEDV.AQN, OTC:COPRF) told investors it changed auditors from McGovern Hurley LLP to MNP LLP.
At the request of the company, Medivolve said McGovern resigned with effect from November 9, 2023, and MNP has been appointed as the successor auditor. It noted that there were no reportable events between McGovern and the company.
In addition, the company also announced Wen Ye has resigned from its board of directors with immediate effect and thanked her for her services and extensive contributions to the company.
