Lumina Gold Corp (TSX-V:LUM, OTCQX:LMGDF) has announced that shareholders voted in favour of each of the matters put before them at its annual general meeting and special meeting of shareholders on November 15, 2023.
These included the election of Marshall Koval, Lyle Braaten, Donald Shumka, Michael Steinmann, Stephen Stow and Heye Daun as directors of the company for the ensuing year; the appointment of auditors for the ensuing year and authorizing the board of directors to set their remuneration; and approval of Lumina's new omnibus equity compensation plan.
