Shares in the autonomous vehicles group Aurrigo International PLC fell 28% in early trade after it unveiled plans to raise £3.5 million by selling stock at a significant discount to Tuesday's closing price.
Advisors priced the shares at £1 each. Yesterday, they were changing hands for £1.47.
The cash will be used to progress new relationships with IAG and UPS as well as "service growth in new and existing customer and product demand".
At 8.18 am, the shares were changing hands for 105.5p.
