Powerhouse Energy says non-exec Gardner-Hillman to step down

Tony Gardner-Hillman has resigned from his position as an independent director of Powerhouse Energy Group PLC and will leave on 15 December. Acting CEO Paul Emmitt said: "Naturally, I am disappointed he is leaving, but he will do so with thanks and best wishes from the board, and from key stakeholders with whom he quickly built positive relationships."
