Anglesey Mining PLC (AIM:AYM) said finance director and company secretary Danesh Varma has resigned effective immediately.
Andrew King, interim chairman of Anglesey, commented: “I would like to thank Danesh for his significant contribution and service to the company over many years.”
In October, Jo Battershill announced he was standing down as Anglesey’s chief executive at the end of December.
