Inspirit Energy sent lower following dilutive equity round

Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC (LSE:INSP), the AIM-listed waste heat recovery technology company, was knocked 28% lower on Tuesday following a dilutive share placing.

The group raised £200,000 through the placing of two billion shares, with chairman and chief executive John Gunn and chief financial officer Nilesh Jagatia taking part in the equity round.

Shares were swapping for 0.011p at the time of writing.
