Billington Holdings Plc (AIM:BILN) said trading has continued to be healthy following its record first-half revenues, sending its shares up 11%.
“The successful and efficient delivery of high-quality contracts, combined with the increased capacity and positive final determination of contract values has seen the momentum gained during the first half of 2023 continue,” said the statement.
Demand has been strong across the group, said the structural steel specialist, with order quarter good and increased volumes delivered.
As a result, revenue and profit before tax for the year ending 31 December 2023 will be ahead of previous market expectations.
Shares rose 33p to 35p.
