ImagineAR signs up Queens Park Rangers as first UK professional soccer client

ImagineAR Inc. (CSE:IP, OTCQB:IPNFF) announced it has signed up Queens Park Rangers (QPR) as the first UK soccer team client to integrate its augmented reality SDK (software development kit) Platform to deliver fan immersive experiences.

Under the revenue-sharing agreement, ImagineAR said the soccer team, which competes in the English Football League (EFL) Championship, will integrate AR Fan Engagement Campaigns this season focused on their Fan zone.

“We are really excited about the engagement opportunities with our supporters that partnering with ImagineAR is going to bring,” said Queens Park Rangers commercial director Euan Inglis.

“Augmented reality is such an immersive technology that the enhancement it will bring to our matchday, and digital activities is significant, which we are really excited about."

ImagineAR CEO Alen Paul Silverrstieen commented: “Urban Zoo, the QPR app developer, is one of the leading UK Soccer team mobile app providers and we are expecting this winter launch will be a showcase of our AR sports fan platform to the EFL and other leagues.”

The company also announced it signed a media service agreement with Sully Entertainment Group LLC on August 23, 2023, to provide national/international communications services and broadcast services. ImagineAR will pay Sully an initial US$20,000 for its services, followed by monthly payments of $6,000 for six months. It will also issue Sully 1.4 million restricted shares at a deemed price of C$0.05 in two equal tranches on December 1, 2023, and March 1, 2024.

In addition, ImagineAR said it has reached an agreement with Gurdip (Gary) Panaich, one of its directors, and another individual under which it will issue 5 million shares to each of them at a deemed price of $0.05 per share in return for a refundable deposit into escrow for the potential purchase of a property in the Southern US.

ImagineAR is a self-publishing augmented reality (AR) platform that enables businesses of any size to create and implement their own AR campaigns with no programming or technology experience.
