PharmaDrug Inc (CSE:PHRX, OTCQB:LMLLF) told investors it has granted a total of 6.25 million stock options to purchase common shares of the company to certain of its officers, directors and consultants under its stock option plan.
The company said the options are exercisable into common shares at an exercise price of $0.055 per common share for five years from the grant date. The options vest immediately.
