Sidney Resources Corporation (OTC:SDRC) on Wednesday announced the assay results from samples taken at five recently discovered stockpiles on its Lucky Ben project near Warren, Idaho.
The company said bulk sampling was carried out on the lower stockpile, which involved taking grab samples from multiple regions of each of the five stockpiles, and returned gold grades ranging from 0.72 ounces per ton to 1.78 ounces per ton.
A 50-pound bulk sample was processed down to a 29-gram concentrate which was analyzed and returned a gold grade of 117 ounces per ton of gold, equating to an approximate bulk grade of 2.925 ounces per ton of gold.
"This report highlights the considerable assets within the SRP-1 Placer Claim, as substantiated by data derived from both bulk sample and grab sampling methods,” Sidney Resources CEO Sean-Rae Zalewski said in a statement.
He noted that at present there is an excess of 1,000 tons of gold ore at the mill, far exceeding the planned schedule. The company intends to have stockpiled 2,000 tons of ore-grade material at the mill by the year-end.
“For the first time ever, we will be running the Lucky Ben Project all winter,” Zalewski said. “Our goal is to process all of this ore by the end of 2024. It will be a very Merry Christmas in 2024.”
Sidney Resources is a green technology, clean water and clean refining company that strives to change the way the world develops.
