Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) said it is partnering with Hyderabad, India-based Pixelloid Studios to gain access to a large pool of students from its advanced 3D training program as it prepares for increasing demand for 3D models from Amazon and other e-commerce retailers.
The company said it strategically chose Hyderabad for its expansion, recently opening an office space in the city in a move it expects to expand profit margins and dramatically reduce overhead costs.
Pixelloid, which has already graduated over 3,000 students, will play a pivotal role in this initiative by training a team of skilled 3D model artists to be integrated into Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF)'s workforce in India.
The company said it sees these efforts as significantly enhancing its 3D model production capacity at lower costs, helping to position the company for success in 2024.
Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) noted that Pixelloid, an award-winning 3D animation and visual effects (VFX) company, is known for its stellar contributions to the animation and VFX industry, with a portfolio that includes blockbuster movies and popular video games.
“The studio has consistently pushed the boundaries of creativity, delivering immersive and visually stunning experiences for audiences around the world,” Nextech3D.ai added.
The company said recently-appointed head of product operations Hareesh Achi, who has worked at Microsoft and Meta, is spearheading its endeavour in India.
Nextech3D.ai is a diversified augmented reality, AI technology company that leverages proprietary artificial intelligence to create 3D experiences for the metaverse.
