Medivolve Inc. (NEO:MEDV.AQN, OTC:COPRF) has announced that Dr Beverley Richardson has resigned from its board of directors with immediate effect, The Canadian healthcare technology company said it plans to announce the appointment of Richardson's replacement soon.
"Management and the board would like to thank Dr Richardson for her services and extensive contributions to the company and wish her well in her future endeavours," it added.
