archTIS Ltd, which provides data-centric software solutions for secure information collaboration, has sealed a deal with Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI) to license its cutting-edge secure data platform, Kojensi.
The company sees this strategic collaboration as a step toward enhancing the secure information-sharing capabilities within the Australian naval and defence ecosystem.
Secure data exchange and collaboration
Kojensi, a government-accredited Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, is purpose-built to facilitate the secure exchange and collaboration of sensitive and classified information across government entities, the industry and its supply chain partners.
The contract awarded to archTIS by ANI is worth A$342,540, including GST, and encompasses an annual recurring licensing revenue (ARR) of A$112,200 for an initial user base of 100, with provisions for the procurement of additional licences throughout the contract's duration.

The agreement is set to remain in force until October 30, 2026, with the provision for termination within the initial 30 days, subject to written notice. Beyond this period, termination is not possible.
