Looking Glass Labs told investors that its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2023, were not finalized by the October 30 deadline as a result of delays to its audit due to additional procedures required related to the complex nature of a recent acquisition and disposition of a subsidiary.
The company said in a statement that it applied for and has been granted a management cease trade order by the British Columbia Securities Commission and expects to file its Annual Filings on or before December 29, 2023.
