In a recent presentation at the Proactive One2One Investor Forum, William "Billy" Green, CFO of Team Internet Group (AIM:TIG), shed light on the company's growth trajectory and recent rebranding.
Originally known as CentralNic Group plc, the company celebrated its 10-year anniversary by transitioning to Team Internet Group (AIM:TIG) plc. This name change aims to better encapsulate the broader scope of the business, moving away from the domain-centric "CentralNic" and emphasising its pivot to the online marketing and ad tech sectors.
Financially, the company has seen consistent growth over the past decade, with special emphasis on revenue and adjusted EBITDA. The CFO also stressed their commitment to delivering bottom-line net profits, returning cash to shareholders, and managing net debt prudently.
Despite facing challenges in the ad tech and media sectors, the company boasts a commendable 36% organic growth year-on-year. Although not the current market leader in their segments, Team Internet Group has made significant strides in catching up with industry giants, showcasing confidence in their prospective growth.
