Hercules Site Services PLC (AIM:HERC) said it has arranged increased debt funding to provide working capital headroom to support its organic growth strategy.
The company now has access to a £15 million, three-year invoice discounting debt facility from IGF Business Credit, replacing the current £11 million facility with a different provider.
Chief executive Brusk Korkmaz said: "This new facility will allow us to deliver on our organic expansion strategy within our existing equity capital base. We welcome this new relationship with IGF, which demonstrates a strong vote of confidence in Hercules and our future plans."
Hercules said the need for an increased facility reflected the growth in demand across all business divisions, with the facility available to all of the group's activities, labour supply, suction excavator services and civil projects.
Last month, the group said it expects results to be ahead of market forecasts, helped by contracts on Phase 1 of the HS2 project, strong demand in the water sector and solid use of its suction excavators.
