ImagineAR Inc. (CSE:IP, OTCQB:IPNFF) closed its non-brokered private placement, issuing 36,700,000 units at a price of $0.021to generate gross proceeds of $770,700. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant exercisable at $0.05 per share within 36 months from the closing date. The net proceeds from this financing will be allocated for operational and sales marketing purposes.
