Century Lithium AGM sees resolutions pass and extension of stock options for CFO

Century Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LCE, OTCQX:CYDVF) shareholders voted affirmatively on multiple resolutions, including maintaining a board of six directors, re-electing existing members, and ratifying the company's long-term incentive plan. Shareholders also approved the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's auditor for the upcoming year. An extension was granted for the expiry date of 750,000 stock options held by Abraham Jonker, Century's CFO, pushing the deadline to May 3, 2026, from the original date of May 3, 2024.
