PowerTap Hydrogen Capital Corp. (NEO:MOVE.AQN, OTC:MOTNF) told investors that a management cease trade order remains in place as it continues to search for a new auditor so it can finalise its results for the year to June 30, 2023.
During the MCTO, the general investing public is able to trade in the company's listed common shares but the company's CEO and chief financial officer are not.
The company also advised that John Martin and John Zorbas resigned from its board of directors on October 13, 2023, and October 27, 2023, respectively.
