Mindset Pharma concludes acquisition by Otsuka Pharmaceutical

Mindset Pharma Inc (CSE:MSET, OTCQB:MSSTF) has announced the successful completion of its arrangement with Otsuka Pharmaceutical. As part of the arrangement, Otsuka has acquired all outstanding common shares in the capital of the company, with shareholders receiving C$0.75 per share. The arrangement was previously approved by shareholders and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Following the completion of the arrangement, Mindset Pharma's common shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange on October 27, 2023.
