Strix Group PLC (AIM:KETL) has announced the retirement of chief financial officer Raudres Wong after some 12 years with the business.
A search for her successor is already underway, the kettle parts manufacturer said in a statement on Friday, with non-executive director Mark Kirkland stepping into the role temporarily.
Kirkland has previous experience as a CFO and is also a qualified chartered accountant, Strix noted.
“I would like to thank Raudres for the contribution she has made to Strix Group,” chairman Gary Lamb commented.
“Her leadership has supported us through the global challenges of Covid and the transition from a private to a global public company.”
Strix also announced that its interim dividend of 0.9p per share, down on 2.75p in 2022, will be paid on 17 November, following the decision to cut the payout at the interim stage to reduce debt.
