Spectral AI taps Paul Chadwick to lead DeepView global expansion

Spectral AI Inc (NASDAQ:MDAI) is beefing up its executive team in the UK with the addition of professor Paul Chadwick.

Chadwick, a distinguished clinical scientist and key opinion leader in wound care, will lead the international expansion of Spectral AI's DeepView wound imaging technology across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Chadwick previously served in senior executive capacities, including CEO, at the Royal College of Podiatry. He has also held leadership roles in the National Health Service (NHS) and as managing director at Curativo Wound Care Consultancy, working with renowned companies in the field.

“We are highly confident that his addition will significantly enhance our efforts in advancing the widespread adoption of the DeepView System,” said Niko Pagoulatos, Spectral AI’s COO. “Spectral AI continues to strengthen its leadership team and Paul’s experience in diabetic foot ulcers and clinical wound management will contribute to our growth and enhance our capacity to innovate.”

Spectral’s DeepView technology is an AI wound diagnostics platform that combines AI algorithms and medical imaging for diagnostic wound healing predictions.

“I am delighted to contribute to Spectral AI’s mission and success, and I believe that the DeepView System represents the future of wound healing management,” Chadwick said.

Based in Dallas, Spectral AI is focused on medical diagnostics for faster and more accurate treatment decisions in wound care, with initial applications involving patients with burns and diabetic foot ulcers.
