Silver North Resources (TSX-V:SNAG, OTCQB:TARSF) has closed the first part of its financing, raising $815,000, with $500,000 from Unit sales and $315,000 from Flow Through shares. Each Unit, priced at $0.20, includes a common share and half a share purchase warrant. The Flow Through shares were issued at the same price and will fund Canadian Exploration Expenditures. A director and officer participated in the placement, deemed a "related party transaction," with exemptions applied. All securities have a four-month hold until February 19, 2024.
