Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) on Friday notified the market of an equity issue to cover a partial settlement under its February 2022 share subscription agreement.
The company, in a statement, said it has issued some 37.125 million new shares priced at 0.2p each to satisfy a $90,000 settlement notice.
It noted that the subscription agreement has a remaining balance of $1,246,000 (£1 million).
