Mindset Pharma shareholders approve statutory plan of arrangement

Mindset Pharma Inc (CSE:MSET, OTCQB:MSSTF) announced that its special resolution for the statutory plan of arrangement, involving Mindset, Otsuka America, Inc., and 1435816 B.C. Ltd., has been overwhelmingly approved at the special shareholder meeting. 98.83% of shareholders and 98.69% of minority shareholders supported the arrangement. The completion of the arrangement is subject to various conditions, including final approval by the Supreme Court of British Columbia, with the hearing scheduled for around October 25, 2023. The arrangement is expected to close around October 26.
