Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings PLC (LSE:OCTP, OTC:OCTHF) announces the sale of around 54.8 million ordinary shares by Kingsley Capital Partners LLP.
20.4 million of these shares have been acquired by Neil Mahapatra, the Managing Partner of KCP, exerting 100% voting rights in OCT, a company statement revealed.
