Eco Buildings Group PLC (AIM:ECOB) shares fell 21.5% to 20p as they restarted trading after the modular housing company, which reversed into AIM-listed Fox Marble in June, published interim results and said it was looking forward to producing the first modular wall after moving its factory from Dubai to Albania.
The shares had been suspended since the end of June, following the completion of the acquisition of the modular housing company's shares earlier that month, with a £2.7 million fundraising priced at 55p per share.
Results for the first six months of the year showed €32,000 in revenue and a €907,000 loss before tax.
Losses, which were €0.6 million in the same period last year, increased this time due to costs incurred as part of the reverse takeover process, offset by "strict measures to control expenditure", the company said.
On the factory move, Eco Buildings said its production equipment had been successfully moved from to the new purpose-built 2,440 sq m factory in the coastal city of Durres, just half an hour west of the Albanian capital.
A "comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade programme" has been completed, which it expects to improve efficiency as well as extend the operational life of the manufacturing plant.
Chief executive Sanjay Bowry said: "I am pleased that this important milestone has been reached ensuring a solid platform for manufacturing at Durres for years to come. We look forward to the imminent manufacture of our first wall at the new facility."
