Southern Cross Britannia presents at the Proactive One2One Investor Forum - October 12th

Christian Möbius, Founder, President, Director, and CEO of Southern Cross Britannia presented at the Proactive One2One Investor Forum, discussing the company's opportunity in the Argentine lithium market, emphasising the company’s attractive valuation compared to competitors in the region.

Möbius highlighted the significance of Argentina’s lithium-rich region, known as the lithium triangle, and the potential for growth in the global lithium production market. He explained how the unique geological characteristics of certain basins, filled with primary lithium source material like volcanic ash, result in high lithium concentrations in brines.

Southern Cross Britannia’s project, is located in the Ovni Monarca Basin and Möbius revealed the results of a geophysical survey confirming the presence of lithium-rich brines in the basin. He discussed the importance of low-cost lithium production, emphasising the need for a favourable magnesium-to-lithium ratio. The company’s upcoming drilling campaign and plans to update their competent persons report were outlined as key steps toward potential mineral resource discovery. Möbius introduced his experienced team and highlighted the abundance of fresh water, a crucial factor for production.
