Aquis Exchange PLC (AIM:AQX) said chief executive Alasdair Haynes and chairman Glenn Collinson have spent a combined £57,000 on topping up their shareholdings in the company.
Haynes bought 10,000 shares at a price of 325p and now owns a total of 1,351,551, representing a 4.91% stake.
Collinson, who bought 7,500 at 326.5p apiece, now holds 32,003 shares, representing 0.12%.
