Hemp-derived cannabinoid producer Maverick Lifestyle has filed to debut its shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “MVRK,” regulatory filings show.
The Stantonsburg, North Carolina-based company intends to raise up to $15 million in its initial public offering (IPO). The pricing of the offering was not disclosed.
Founded in 2019, Maverick Lifestyle is engaged in the manufacturing, branding, marketing, distribution, and sales of products with hemp-derived cannabinoids such as pre-rolled hemp joints, hemp cigarettes, hemp cigarillos, blunts, disposable live resin vapes, gummies, and other edibles.
Its brands include DVNT, BLAZ, 2sies, Green & Wild, and STAR USA.
The company achieved sales of $2.25 million and a loss from operations of $1.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2022.
