Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE:PHP, OTC:PHPRF) said it expects to join the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 24 October 2023.
No new shares will be issued and PHP will remain listed on the premium segment of the Official List in London.
PHP added the secondary listing will contribute to liquidity in the group's shares through its increased profile in the South African market, where a number of investors have already shown strong interest in investing.
