ImagineAR to raise money for AR initiatives

ImagineAR Inc. (CSE:IP, OTCQB:IPNFF), an augmented reality company, is initiating a non-brokered private placement financing, aiming to raise up to $600,000 through the issuance of 28,571,428 units at a price of $0.021 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant, enabling the warrant holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.05 within thirty-six months from the offering's closing, with the net proceeds intended for operational and sales marketing purposes.
