HealthBeacon PLC (EURONEXT:HBCN, OTCQX:HBCNF), the medical technology company, confirmed former chief executive officer and co-founder Jim Joyce would be stepping down from his role on the board as non-executive director, a statement revealed.
Joyce led the company for over a decade and according to the group's website is one of the largest shareholders in HealthBeacon with more than a 10% shareholding.
