Genel Energy PLC (LSE:GENL, OTC:GEGYY) told investors that the Tawke field marked 25,984 barrels of gross production in the third quarter, following the restart of operations to supply local customers in July.
Production was previously shut down in March as the export pipeline into Turkey from the Kurdistan region of Iraq was closed.
No produced crude oil was supplied in to the Kurdistan authorities for export by pipeline through Turkey during the period, it noted.
Genel owns a 25% interest in the Tawke field.
