Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), down 0.35% to $331.25, was last night revealed to owe the IRS some $29 billion in back taxes, according to an 8-K form filed Wednesday. Read more

Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSCO) shares were indicated in positive territory, up 2.5% to $15.30 (after closing Wednesday with an 8% loss. It comes as the lingerie and sleepwear brand signaled third-quarter losses will not be as drastic as previously feared after sales have outdone expectations so far during the period. Read more

Birkenstock (NYSE:BIRK) is seen higher, up 0.9% in premarket at $40.55, after its market debut share its price slip beneath the IPO price of $46.00. Read more

Manchester United Plc (NYSE:MANU) New York listed stock gained around 5% on Wednesday, and now trade close to $20.00 per share, following a round of speculative media reports in Qatar and the UK claiming (not for the first time) that Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani is on the brink of agreeing a takeover. BSQUARE Corporation (NASDAQ:BSQR) shares shot 47% higher in Thursday premarket trading on news that Kontron America plans to buy the software technologies company for $1.90 per share in a cash transaction that values the company at $38 million. Read more
