Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) has announced a new augmented reality (AR)-powered mobile app targeted at trade shows and event organizers.
The company said the app integrates the indoor navigation capabilities of its MapD business unit with the technology of its spin-out company ARway.ai. The integration sets the stage for events to monetize airspace with AR sponsorships and offer 3D/AR mobile games and other immersive experiences for events like never before, it added.

MapD is an event solutions platform and one of four key business units under the Nextech3D.ai umbrella. Map D includes an interactive floor map targeted at tradeshows, festivals and conferences; booth sales for conference organizers to sell space to exhibitors; and the mobile app combining its event management solutions technology with ARway’s technology.
